American Marketing Group Expands Commitment to Advisor Professional Development: Welcomes Two New Directors

In a bold stride to strengthen its dedication to advisor education and training, American Marketing Group (AMG) has grown its professional development team, focusing on delivering the exclusive benefits of its innovative programs to a broader audience. With the recent appointment of Diana Hnatov and Clare Burke, advisors affiliated with AMG’s renowned travel agency networks—TRAVELSAVERS, NEST, and The Affluent Traveler Collection—can expect significant advancements in their professional development journeys.

Empowering Advisors with Industry Expertise

Diana Hnatov

Diana Hnatov steps into her role as Director of Sales and Services, KORE, bringing an impressive 35-year background in project management, strategic development, and business enhancement. Hnatov’s expertise will be instrumental in the continued evolution, sales, and marketing of the KORE program. KORE is designed to empower new advisors by equipping them with the essential skills required to excel in a constantly transforming industry. This self-paced, all-digital curriculum features real-world insights from esteemed industry experts, and uniquely includes a mentorship and job placement for unaffiliated participants.

Diana’s career origins in culinary arts and restaurant management seamlessly transitioned into the hotel industry, where she served as a sales manager for Hilton. Her shift into the learning and development sector allowed her to create and execute comprehensive training programs and manage developmental initiatives within Learning Tree International—showcasing her adaptability and commitment to education.

Elevating Education and Training Opportunities

Claire Burke

Clare Burke joins AMG’s leadership team as Director of Education and Training after a notable year as Manager of Marketing for TRAVELSAVERS Canada. Burke’s primary focus will be on developing programs that build knowledge and enhance skills, ensuring advisors affiliated with AMG networks attain a competitive edge. She will oversee all educational opportunities for TRAVELSAVERS and NEST advisors, including the novel TRAVELSAVERS Dine & Discover local events and the highly anticipated Travel Market conference set to take place from September 26-29 at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort in Florida.

With a profound travel industry background spanning over 20 years, Burke brings unparalleled insights into the intricate needs of advisors and partners. Her previous roles at Ensemble Travel Group, including Executive Assistant to Network Care and Manager of Events, only add to her vast repertoire of experience, positioning her to make a significant impact on advisor education within AMG.

Driving Training Excellence

“Diana and Clare are the perfect dynamic duo to build on our existing strength in professional development,” said Kathryn Mazza-Burney, AMG Chief Sales Officer. “Their combined passion for training and development will not only inspire and empower learners but also provide agencies and suppliers with the necessary tools to enhance sales in an ever-evolving industry.”
