Should You Stay? Or Should You Go?

 

For those of us who are on river cruises soon, a prevalent question can be summed up in the first two lines of The Clash’s 1982 hit, Should I Stay Or Should I Go?

It’s an easier question to answer for hesitant travelers who stand to lose only fractions of their substantial investments than it is for those who will lose all that they spent on their holidays if they cancel.
