Effective April 3, 2023, Norm Knowles assumed the role of CEO to lead the company’s future strategies and expansion plans. This announcement has been made by Arvin Shah, Chairman of Sky Bird Travel & Tours. Norm Knowles is a well-respected and seasoned professional in the travel industry with 37 years of experience in executive leadership roles. He has held several valuable senior leadership roles, including his last position at cxLoyalty/Chase Travel, where he was responsible for many aspects of the business. He is moving to Michigan with his wife and two sons, where he will lead the team at Sky Bird Travel & Tours.
