Expedia Partner Solutions is now offering travel agencies enhanced rates, availability, and promotions for B2B hotel bookings. Expedia TAAP partners now automatically get access to higher margin B2B rates from Marriott, as Expedia Group is the preferred global distributor of Marriott’s B2B rates. Expedia TAAP partners have full access to Marriott’s global portfolio of more than 7,400 hotels across 30 brands.
Agents can earn up to double compensation for bookings at Marriott, as well as Highgate and Club Quarters.
“Travel agents have been hit extremely hard by the pandemic, like the rest of the travel industry, and we’ve been looking for ways to help them recover” said Alfonso Paredes, Senior Vice President, Commercial Partnerships at EPS.
“Being part of Expedia Group gives us a unique position to unlock B2B rates at scale. This, coupled with the recent launch of our Expedia TAAP incentive program, shows our commitment to helping travel agents.”
Expedia TAAP hopes to add further hotel brands in the coming months.
All hotel partners who join the B2B platform will be able to take advantage of new areas of B2B demand and benefit from increased control of their B2B rates.
