PRESS RELEASE FROM AVANTI DESTINATIONS
New E-Brochure Features Seven Vacations, 21 Hotels and Resorts, 26 Tours and Experiences To Customize for Unique Winter Getaways
Portland, OR, November 4, 2024 – To inspire advisors to recommend independent travel to warm overseas destinations during the winter months of October through March, custom FIT tour operator Avanti Destinations has launched the second phase of its 2024-2025 “Go365” campaign focusing on warm weather escapes with a 44-page e-brochure https://www.flipsnack.com/779977E569B/go365-warm-weather/full-view.html for advisors to share with their independent travel clients.
Avanti sells custom-tailored foreign independent vacations exclusively through travel advisors, not directly to consumers.
As part of the campaign, a recorded webinar on selling winter season travel is available at https://content.avantidestinations.com/videos/marketing_webinars/2024/10_October/Uncover_the_Sunshine_with_Avanti_Go365_Warm_Weather_Edition.mp4. Advisors can also request pre-printed postcards (on 100% post-consumer paper) promoting winter travel that they can personalize and send to their clients at https://book.avantidestinations.com/db_go365?a=go365.
New customizable itinerary, 11 new hotels/resorts, 12 new sightseeing tours and experiences
The e-brochure highlights 22 countries, seven suggested land itineraries, 21 hotels and resorts, and 26 add-on tours and experiences around the world.
New products include one customizable itinerary (“Discover the Maya” in Guatemala), 11 hotels and resorts (four are in Fiji, including three five-star resorts), and 12 tours and experiences, as well as a new Galapagos yacht. Most accommodations are four-star, four-star-plus and five-star properties, and most of the experiences and tours are private. Shared, small group, and self-guided activities are also included.
Advisors can tailor itineraries to include each client’s preferred destinations, style of accommodation, and the activities that match the interests, timeline, and budget of each client. Advisors can also add other activities and transfers from Avanti’s complete product lineup to any Go365 vacation.
“While the first phase of the Go365 campaign this year focused heavily on Europe, this warm weather escapes phase emphasizes the South Pacific, Central and South America, Asia, North Africa and the Middle East, although Portugal and the Azores are included representing Europe,” said Gina Bang, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, “Instead of sending clients to the usual beaches in Florida or Hawaii, why not suggest that independent travel clients seeking sunshine during the winter head instead to Fiji, Australia, Morocco, Southeast Asia or Central and South America for a truly memorable winter vacation that delivers a different cultural and culinary experience, as well as sunny skies and warm temperatures?
“We launched our first Go365 campaign in 2017 to help advisors get more FIT business all year round, and to encourage travel to destinations around the world, as well as Europe,” added Bang.
